Tony (NTR Jr) saves Niharika (Tamannah) in a terrorist kidnap muddle in Kashmir and falls in love with her and follows her to Hyderabad. It is revealed that Niharika, a fashion designer, is engaged to Rakesh (Adhvik Mahajan) son of a powerful minister (Tanikella Bharani). Tony vows to breakup the imminent marriage of Rakesh and Niharika. He also becomes part of the gang of Sarkar (Jayaprakash Reddy). Oosaravelli starts off on a high note with excellent intro scene of hero. The hero character is introduced in such a way that audience expects him to play mind games and wise tricks all the time. But the film turns out to be a love story after that hyped introduction. This part is dealt in an entertaining with NTR, Raghubabu, MS Narayana and Jayaprakash Reddy doing the honors of filling in fun moments. The real story will only start before interval and the interval scene has really come out well. The graph picks up suddenly and sets high expectations on the second half. Readmore

The story has the right amount of sentiment and action and despite many faces coming in, they all have a purpose. This is an average film but what is noteworthy is the pluses dominates any negatives. There is no exaggeration of characters and dialogues, everything which is in moderation works. However the one thing that consistently puts you off is the irritating, loud and juvenile comedy that smells rotten and could have simply been replaced with some better track and people. Readmore

The story is about a young girl Niharika (Tamanna) who loses her brother Shaam and his wife and children. They are all killed by some unidentified goons. Niharika herself is injured in the attack and a bullet is lodged in her brain. She is presumed to be dead but a doctor friend after realising that she is still alive takes her to a hostile and gets her treated.
